Welcome! This site houses the culminating activity for the Master of Educational  Technology at Boise State University. Within this portfolio, you will find  artifacts aligning to the AECT Standards.  The artifacts will be samples of  classwork and projects that I completed while on the journey towards this  degree. Additional components of the ePortfolio include a rationale paper and a  reflection video.

I am  excited about reaching the final stretch of this degree program.  I began the  EdTech coursework  January 2010, as a first year teacher at a rural high school  in South Carolina teaching Geometry.  My vision was to obtain an educational technology degree in order to effectively  integrate more technology into my  instruction.  I wanted to engage my learners.  I was also interested in teaching  online.  I can honestly say that I have acquired a wealth of knowledge as a  result of pursuing this degree.  Opportunities have come available that I had  never even imagined.  As I reach the end of this program, I am entering my third  year of being an educator.  A school day does not go by without me being able to  apply what I have learned at Boise State in my classroom. I am eternally  grateful for the experiences I have been afforded and I am excited about  representing Boise State University in my future professional endeavors.
